Joseph Djan joined DNS as Director of Clinical Operations in 2010. Prior to joining DNS, Joseph was Sr. Director, Clinical Operations at Hollis-Eden Pharmaceuticals and Vice President, Clinical Operations at Balboa Biosciences, a late stage CNS drug development company. He also served as Clinical Study Operations Manager at Pfizer, where he held operational responsibility for two Phase III pivotal trials leading to the 2006 FDA approval of Sutent® (sunitinib malate) for Gastro-Intestinal Stromal Tumor and Renal Cell Carcinoma. Before Pfizer, Joseph held positions of increasing responsibility at Covance, a leading global CRO, where he was responsible for the Project Management and operational delivery of multiple Phase I-III clinical programs for key Covance clients including two of the top-10 global pharmaceutical companies. Joseph holds a BSc. Honors degree in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Surrey and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
