Ms. Menezes is a Senior Human Resource Executive with more than 20 years of national and international experience in a broad range of industries including biotechnology, entertainment, e-commerce, IT services, banking, construction, consulting services and executive recruitment. Ms. Menezes' areas of expertise include Organizational Development, HR Strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Legal Compliance, Employee Relations, Policy Development, Talent Development and Training. Ms. Menezes’ diverse background and ability to understand the needs of an organization and its people have enabled her to successfully help companies grow and foster a positive work culture. Ms. Menezes has worked in several HR leadership roles, taking on progressively greater levels of responsibility and accountability through her career. She has worked with companies such as Sara Beattie, American Shipping Lines, Unisilk Ltd, and Gammon (HK) Ltd in Asia; and Columbia House, Sony and Triad Data in the US. Prior to joining DNS, Ms. Menezes was a successful independent consultant providing HR services and advice to small and medium size organizations and co-founded Rensan Inc., a management consultancy. Ms. Menezes' has an MS in Human Resource Development and a BS in Business Administration from Indiana State University.
