The Hiring Process
What to expect: From on-line resume submission to offer letter:
Job Search Option 1: (Recommended) Start by searching our current openings to find a position that aligns with your experience and qualifications. Once you've identified a potential job you are ready to apply.
Click "Apply Now" and upload your Word or PDF document resume.
Job Search Option 2: If you do not see an open position that matches your interests and qualifications, you can click on the "Join Dart NeuroScience LLC's Talent Network" at the bottom of our Careers page to submit your qualifications into our applicant database for future opportunities.
Once you've completed the on-line process, we will send you an email confirmation and begin reviewing your background and credentials. If we determine that your background and experience meet the needs of the position we will contact you.
Interview: If after reviewing your information we think there's a potential fit, we'll set up an initial interview. This interview will take place on the phone or in person, and may involve one or several members of our team.
Next step: If there is mutual agreement that your qualifications match the position profile, we may need to schedule further interviews with other team members; otherwise, it may be determined that there is not an alignment. We will let you know the outcome either way.
References: Before making a final decision, we contact professional references. Contacting professional references may occur as early as after the initial phone interview.
Offer and Background Check: Once we determine you're the best fit for the position, your employment application is received and your references are checked; we will extend an offer and then provide you with an offer letter. Your offer will be contingent upon a clear background check and drug test.
Unsolicited Resumes
DNS does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies and/or search firms for any job posted on this or a referring site, without a valid signed search agreement in place for the position listed. Unless a Third-Party recruiter or his/her firm is under a signed agreement with DNS and assigned to a specific search, we will not pay a fee for resumes sent directly to any of our employees. Our employees are not authorized to enter into agreements with Third-Party search firms. Any resumes sent to our staff by Third-Party search firms, not under contract with DNS and assigned to a specific search, will become the legal property of DNS. In addition, DNS will not pay a fee to a Third-Party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the appropriate member of DNS’ human resources team.
